How do I make a purchase?

You can only make a purchase via our website. We encourage you to check out our website daily for updates on the variety of bouquets we offer. Alternatively, you can also view our curated flowers on Facebook and Instagram. So follow us!

Can I make a special order?

As we are just starting a new business, we do not take special orders at the moment. However, we do curate special designs for days such as Valentine’s day, Mother’s Day, etc. So keep checking our website for updates on our specially curated bouquets.

Am I allowed to cancel my order?

Yes, you may cancel your order if you have pre-ordered our bouquets. However, you must inform us of the cancellation 10am, 1 day before the day of delivery.

For orders made on the same day of delivery, we will be unable to process any cancellation.


How do I pay?

Currently we accept Credit/Debit Card and Online Banking through the Senangpay payment gateway.

Do you accept Cash on Delivery?

We do not accept Cash on Deliveries at the moment.


Can I place an order for a bouquet to be delivered on a later date?

Due to our business nature, you have to pre-order your flowers which will be then be delivered to you or your loved ones on the day posted on our website. This is to ensure that we are able to get you the freshest flowers from our suppliers. For example, if you would like to send a bouquet on Monday, you have to pre-order before 12pm Monday. In other words, bouquets posted for Monday may not be ordered and delivered beyond Monday.

This also allows encourages us to be creative with our designs. If you were to miss an order for a specific day, we ensure you, our bouquets for the following day/week will be just as beautiful! So keep a look out on our website for daily updates!

Can my order be delivered at a specific time?

We apologize, but we do not accommodate request for your order to be delivered at a specific time. This is to ensure fairness to all our customers. Our delivery team will do their best to get your flower to you as soon as possible.

Cut off times for order

What is the latest time I can make an order for a specific day?

Orders for a specific day have a cut off time, especially for same day delivery order. Orders of such nature will have to be placed with us before 12pm (noon).


Can I cancel my order?

For order cancellation, you must inform us at [email protected] by 10am, 1 working day before the day of delivery. However, it may take a few days for the bank to process the refund to your account.

Availability of flowers

Could I receive flowers that are different than the ones posted on the website?

Sadly, yes. As flowers are seasonal items, they are subjected to availability. In the event that we may not be able to acquire the flowers that you have ordered or feel that the flowers available are not to our standards, we reserve the right to substitute the flowers to that of similar quality and value.
